Home Learning
Hello parents and families and welcome to our Home Learning page.
As you know, we are using Seesaw to deliver our remote learning. Most of you have become very confident in how to use this, however, I have attached some videos below with examples of the basic features.
Here is a link to the website: app.seesaw.me
It is vitally important during this time that the children continue to learn and progress. Our staff are working very hard to provide video inputs alongside tasks set so that learning can continue in a meaningful way.
Some children are finding it difficult to keep to a timetable whilst they are learning from home so below is an example timetable you could use. This is just a guide as we know it can be difficult with devices if more than one child is using it. If this is the case, try devising your own timetable that works for you and your family.
The work set on Seesaw must be a priority as this has been tailored by teachers to meet the needs of the children. If you are looking for any extra work for your children during this time, the CBBC channel have a dedicated schedule for primary pupils every morning beginning at 9am. If you miss any, you can also find lots on their website: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/group/p093cv85
Thank you for all your hard work at this time.
